PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

This Property Management Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on [Date] between [Property Management Owner] (the “Property Manager”), located at [Address], and [Landlord Owner] (the “Landlord”), located at [Address], collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Oregon.

7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the Parties.

8. Counterparts: This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.

6. Liability: The Photographer is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the Event. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Photographer harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client's use of the images.

7. Miscellaneous: This contract represents the entire agreement between the Photographer and the Client and supersedes all other agreements or understandings, whether written or oral. This contract may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State].
